Answer : Create lift with all your travel details including from & too location with date & Time & We will share you matches as people having same travel plan as you have so you can get lift as fuel Partner of offer lift to get fuel partner.

Q.3 : How to get refund of payment or recharge ?

Answer : For any kind of refund related to payment or recharge, user have raise a ticket from help & support section or can contact to support team on support@charpair.com to share details of payment failure, wrong payment charges, or any other problem or issues related to payment & submit the details with supporting documents to resolve the query & process the refund with valid reason, for more details user can check with refund policy under terms condition , data , privacy & refund policy.

Q.4 : What is the Charges & Fees ?

Answer : Char Pair request for 10% + GST of recharge or claim amount as charges for platform usage to provide best service of carpool facilities to user. user have to recharge their account with any amount multirole of 100 Rs with payment gateway & use Char Pair platform to get matches & send or accept carpool request of other users & pay the carpool/bike pool sharing from the same account of char Pair.

Q.5 : How pricing is charged for lift or carpool ?

Answer : User can charge any reasonable amount say Rs.0 to Rs.3 or higher per kilometer as per cost occurring for traveling to one location to another location comprises of Fuel Charges, Toll & Parking Charges etc. the cost of the complete lift will be calculated on total km carpooled with user & split cost per seat or per user will be shared at the end of lift for fuel sharing.
