The following Terms of Agreement are effective from the date of creating an account by the Car Owner on CHAR PAIR Application/ Platform.
These Terms of Agreement are independent, separate and distinct from the Terms of Use for carpooling facilitation by CHAR PAIR.
By accepting these Terms of Agreement, both the CHAR PAIR and Car Owner agree to abide and bound by its terms and conditions.
The CHAR PAIR Platform (the “CHAR PAIR Platform”) is an application owned and operated by PushpRaj Travel & Transport Pvt. Ltd. Company having registered office at 1st Floor, House No.- 3881, Opp. Mahadeva Talab, Changorabhat, Raipur 492013, (C.G.) India and is a Pvt. Ltd. company.
1.UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN CHAR PAIR AND CAR OWNER
• Car Owner is an individual who owns the private vehicle and offers carpooling to the car poolers for commuting on the same route and shares the carpooling cost through CHAR PAIR Platform.
• CHAR PAIR facilitates the carpooling between the Car Owner and car pooler through CHAR PAIR Platform.
• CHAR PAIR acts in the capacity of an agent of the car pooler and collects the carpooling cost from the car pooler and remits the same to the Car Owner.
2. PAYMENT TERM.
• Separately and independent to the agency between the car pooler and CHAR PAIR, for facilitating the carpooling and collecting the carpooling expenses amount from the car pooler, CHAR PAIR shall charge commission from the Car Owner up to the rate of 10 % of the amount remitted to Car Owner.
• Any fees/ commission that the CHAR PAIR may charge to the Car Owner for use of the Application are due immediately and are non-refundable once paid to CHAR PAIR. This no refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of Car Owner’s decision to terminate the account with CHAR PAIR, CHAR PAIR’s decision to terminate Car Owner’s account, and any disruption or interference with Car Owner’s use of the Application whether planned, accidental, intentional, or otherwise.
• CHAR PAIR reserves the right to determine applicable pricing for all of the facilitation services and Car Owner agree, by using the facilitation services, to be responsible for all fees/ commission and financial terms as determined by CHAR PAIR.
• CHAR PAIR may, in its sole discretion, make promotional offers with different features and different rates to any of CHAR PAIR’s Users. These promotional offers, unless made to Car Owner, shall have no bearing on the commission paid by Car Owner for any facilitation services Car Owner may use.
• CHAR PAIR may change the fees for its facilitation service as it deems appropriate, for any reason.
• Car Owner shall be free to discontinue using CHAR PAIR’s facilitation services if do not wish to be responsible for the fees collected by CHAR PAIR at any time.
3. NOTICE
CHAR PAIR may give notice by means of a general notice on the Platform/ Application electronic mail to the registered email address of Car Owner on record in CHAR PAIR’s account information, or by written communication sent by first class mail or pre-paid post to the address on record with CHAR PAIR. Such notice shall be deemed to have been given upon the expiration of 48 hours after mailing or posting (if sent by first class mail or pre-paid post) or 12 hours after sending (if sent by email). Car Owner may give notice to CHAR PAIR (such notice shall be deemed given when received by CHAR PAIR) at any time by any of the following: letter sent by confirmed facsimile to CHAR PAIR at the following email – support@Char Pair.co

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between Car Owner, CHAR PAIR or any third party provider as a result of this Terms of Agreement or use of the Platform or Application.
